這間由王品餐飲集團董事長戴勝益兒子戴東杰經營，將旅居國外得到的飯店豐富服務經驗帶回台灣
開創了CHECK INN 特色旅店的事業。這間的位置很棒，就在台北捷運行天宮出來走1分鐘就可抵達
非常方便。而這間店最吸引我的除了整體設計很新潮同時又不忘結合台灣的元素外，更多的是整體經
營理念，將樓上住宿、樓下咖啡廳的概念整合並且還多了一項提供外帶早午餐或上班族要趕上班時可
以購買咖啡的對外窗口，這樣的整體周全經營理念真不虧是王品旗下會想到的的經營模式，非常欣賞。
整棟獨立的建築，咖啡廳在一樓與二樓，以上是住宿餐廳走向紐約LOFT style結合早午餐，搭配新穎
的裝潢、亮麗的顏色，稍微與現在一般美式早午餐的走向不同，可以說是提供另一種特色與風格。
「美式早午餐」
搭配$89套餐，從美式主餐盤到餅乾、咖啡為一整個組合，豐盛飽足感很夠，餐點上沒有帶
太花俏的點子，但因為裝潢到擺盤，以及挑選食材上特色很一致，所以雖然是中規中矩的早
午餐，但還算喜歡。
「奶油蛤蠣麵包湯」
對於不愛美式早餐，則也有另外的湯品可以選擇，而且湯品的總類反而比較多。單點湯品不
用擔心豐盛度，也有一般美式早午餐的水果以及生菜小拼盤，在單點一杯咖啡，非常滿足!
整體風格到早午餐算是非常喜歡，鮮豔與明亮的色系搭配著咖啡與清爽早午餐，
即使今天來訪是周末十點多，人潮也不會太多，過於擁擠，這是我一定會再二
訪的一間店! 納入周末早午餐口袋名單 !

The interior design concept for Check inn is New York LOFT style. It is simple yet has plenty of original industrial details.
Such as the custom-made black iron headboard, industrial lightings, and the subway tiles. We execute every detail based on
our belief in delivering the best lodging experience. With this philosophy, only the high quality amenity will be provided in the room.
Such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, and shampoo. Also, in response to the environmental sustainability,
we emphasize on "quality" rather than "quantity." For example, the shampoo and shower gel are all made up with
superior organic ingredients. It is our philosophy and commitment to be simple and perfect in every aspect.
Our management team is built up with young professionals from different fields and we like to think outside the box.
We dare to be creative and special; dare to try what’s new and appreciate all kinds of opinion.
The only thing we have is creativity, and to offer our customer a whole new lodging experience.
