接著就是來到最讓蘇菲凍未條的甜點天堂!再享用之前就早已耳聞他們家甜點buffet很厲害
果然~真的有好多好多選擇,當下你一定會希望自己能多幾個甜點胃!

甜點區根本就媲美一間精緻的蛋糕店,透明玻璃架上擺著各式各樣小巧的巧克力塔、蛋糕
除了常溫、冷藏櫃裡都不斷補貨,旁邊的巧克力噴泉、馬卡龍、瑪德蓮也無間斷供應
It just like a classic patisserie, all kinds of desserts looked delicate. Everything made me excited!
看看那棉花糖架多壯觀,除了有一般的巧克力噴泉外,還有白巧克力噴泉!
將棉花糖浸入噴泉中後,沾覆滿滿巧克力醬,然後馬上放入冰塊水中
就可以吃到類似巧克力脆片棉花糖的口感囉
See the cutton candy on shelf? Awesome! Soak them into the chocolate fountain
and then put them in the iced water immediately. Crispy-chocolate crust made the cutton candy more tasty!
馬卡龍有三種口味:覆盆子、草莓及蘋果,酥脆的杏仁餅,搭配濕潤的果醬內餡
鬆軟帶有嚼勁就是馬卡龍最讓人著迷的地方
There are three flavors of macarons : Raspberry, Strawberry and Apple.
The almond cookies are crunchy and combine well to the jam inside.
而經典的瑪德蓮蛋糕,除了原味還有抹茶,蘇菲覺得少了奶油蛋糕應有的濕潤度而偏乾
可能要搭配著一些冰淇淋或是咖啡來享用比較剛好
The Medeleines were a little bit too dry, would be better to join with a cup of coffee.
蘇菲最愛的是覆盆子,外皮是巧克力的,多吃幾顆感覺就很賺壓哈哈
Pastry crazes may come and go, but the macaron’s appeal is timeless.
Raspberry Macarons sealed with straight raspberry jam tasted the best I think.
在甜點區裡也可以吃到現作的法式薄餅,就是酥酥脆脆的可麗餅拉!
記得吃到中段的時後就可以先來排他,因為到了13:00~之後,大概就要在人龍中稍候囉
One of the popular desserts is crepes, always saw lots of people wait in line for it.
蘇菲點的是我和老爸都超愛的香蕉巧克力,主廚很可愛的還特別另外幫我加巧克力醬
(本來只有巧克力奶油)還偷偷跟我說,這樣更好吃

The chef also made a special one for me with more chocolate, he said it'll taste much better!
熱騰騰的薄脆可麗餅,一上桌記得馬上食用,根本就是天堂的滋味來著
超級綿密的奶油與巧克力醬,將香蕉片包裹的柔滑飽滿,甜滋滋的幸福感爆表!
Remeber to taste it right away after it's done! Sweet and creamy texture is unbelievable!

常溫蛋糕或小塔口味大概就有15-20種左右,另外還有手工餅乾們也很美味

冷藏櫃裡也有15種不同的選擇,從提拉米蘇、蒙布朗、檸檬蛋糕道起司蛋糕、奶酪都讓人心癢癢
選好你想要的跟主廚說,他就會幫你拿出來放到盤子上,確保衛生新鮮度喔!
There're about 15 kinds of cakes and panna cottas in the fridge.
After deciding which ones you like, just ask chef to help you get them, then you can enjoy!
以下是蘇菲的選擇~包括栗子蒙布朗、可麗露、檸檬公爵、酸櫻桃費南雪等等(太多了拉)
Here's my choices, inclusive of chestnuts montblanc, sour cherry financier...(There're too many things><)
酸櫻桃費南雪外觀上就頗精緻,在櫻桃果醬製成的果凍上,還有一片巧克力
下面的費南雪飄出淡淡奶油香氣,搭配酸甜的藍莓還有櫻桃滋味很解膩
It looks like a piece of art, sour taste from cherry jelly and blueberry jam match with the financier.
下面這盤完全是我的愛大集合!連不愛吃甜點的媽咪都大推的熔岩巧克力是小隱藏版必吃
(因為它放的地方比較隱密,而且補貨的速度沒有這麼快,一熱烤出爐最搶手!)
Molten chocolate cake, hand-made almond cookie, raspberry marcaron and fruit cholate tart are my favorites.
偏苦甜的濃郁巧克力蛋糕,還有裡面熱騰騰的濃稠巧克力醬,到現在蘇菲都還難以忘記!
The cake tasted not too sweet but rich of dark chocolate's flavor. It's an amazing experience!
下面是媽咪和老爸拿的,有的我有吃到,有的沒有~就拍給大家參考囉!
(草莓奶酪吃起來有點沙沙的,蘇菲沒有很喜歡,抹茶蛋糕偏像綠茶的味道較為可惜)

You can get a cup of coffee here. There're latte, espresso,cappuccino and americano you can choose from.
這一餐吃下來真的是超級大滿足,蘇菲當天一餐抵三餐(真的是到晚上都還不餓)
It's really pleasant to finish this meal(it's really full)
看看這用餐的人潮,雖然一個人要價不便宜,但夾帶著第二名飯店吃到飽的名氣
喜來登的12廚這次確實讓蘇菲見證了他的厲害
