從去年開始利用周末前進新竹旅遊與品嚐美食，去的次數一多，就慢慢累積了不少美食店家的名單，這篇想跟大家分享的是位於新竹市東門市場內的「享來點」。 

 

「享來點」是全世界第一家NFT台灣麵線專賣店，主打創意滷肉飯。創意麵線。炸物、炒物、鮭魚卵滷肉飯系列，搭配飲品與小菜，最早「享來點」原本只是一家專賣創意麵線為主台日餐廳，疫情期間老闆將有媽媽味道的滷肉飯，帶來給新竹朋友享用。使用滷肉絲鹹中帶甜的口味，再加上新鮮的雞佛及肥蚵，一整個掀起城中話題，
 
 
「享來點」一炮而紅之後，又陸續研發推出各類超浮誇新的創意，如「神鬼奇航寶藏盒滷肉飯」、「鮭魚卵滷肉飯」、「三杯雞佛滷肉飯」、「冬季限定的松葉蟹腳麵線」、「特盛龍蝦痛風麵線」、「沙茶羊肉麵線」等等，以及獨門的「六宮格套餐」，適合食量不大但又喜歡一次品嚐店內多種風味美食的客人，從最便宜的麵線到最昂貴的「神鬼奇航寶藏盒滷肉飯」，單點價格帶從NT$50到NT$1088，豐儉由人任君點選。
 
記得今年二月第一次發現並走進隱身在舊建築群巷弄內的東門市場時，真得是眼花撩亂，暗黑的巷內，不同的入口有不同的設計，有的燈火明亮，有的一片漆黑，除了市場口有些傳統賣衣服的店家，其他再往內走一段就是五光十射招牌與海報林立的各種美食攤位，發現經營的店家主人與服務生都很年輕，來此用餐的客人，也都以年輕人居多，因為傳統市場的巷弄本來就不寬敞，又放了各式各樣的桌椅，一走進去各個商家扯開喉嚨大聲招呼迎賓，但點餐與座位動向規劃不明，一開始彷彿走進了迷魂陣。

加上「享來點」餐廳設計，巧妙融匯台灣餐廳與日本居酒屋的風格，就成了一家名符其實的台日混血餐廳居酒屋風格，也彰顯了年輕創業者不斷創新的努力，因為東門市場內的美食餐廳競爭激烈，想要在此拿下一席之地，一定要很努力才行! 因為生意鼎盛前來朝聖的食客眾多，所以不想在現場苦等的饕客，最好提前電話預約到達的時間與人數，或在店家FB 粉絲團預訂，店家才能預留位置，因為店家的餐點都是現點現做。

最近一次是在八月初造訪東門市場，意外發現「享來點」多規劃出一間冷氣房，一開始問服務生，她還一幅客滿要排隊等候位置，我直接跟她說，我才剛從櫃檯拿到點菜單，看到冷氣房裡面好幾桌都是空位，她才放行，當晚我點了這碗「Q貝蝦仁雙拼鮭魚卵滷肉飯」(NT$ 398/碗)，端上來時果然讓人眼睛一亮，不愧是超浮誇美食，只是相對於價錢，份量實在不算大。

 這碗「Q貝蝦仁雙拼鮭魚卵滷肉飯」(NT$ 398/碗)端來時，是分成一杯裝滿鮭魚卵的杯，加上一碗包括了蝦仁、干貝、滷肉飯與青蔥，上面還插著店名「享來點」的小旗幟，造型相當吸睛，客人可以自行將滿滿的鮭魚卵倒上「Q貝蝦仁雙拼滷肉飯」，頓時就變得更加繽紛多彩! 一碗等同飯店用餐的餐點，用料果然是真材實料名不虛傳!

蝦仁碩大、干貝圓潤，滿滿裝上一大碗，將最頂層全遮滿了，完全看不到最底層還有滷肉飯，再灑滿了鮭魚卵與青蔥，鮭魚卵入口輕咬的啵啵聲，一整個在口中蔓延開來，滷肉飯來自於老闆媽媽的衣缽相傳不是一般常見的瘦肉、肥肉或是瘦肥肉混合，而是選用滷肉絲，鮮嫩又有嚼勁的獨門口感與眾不同，一整碗豐盛的用料，從蝦仁˙、干貝到鮭魚卵，與滷肉飯的奇妙組合，不管是分開來單吃，還是合起來一起入口，口感都讓人十分愉悅，鹹甜交錯的新鮮滋味，視覺與味覺的雙重享受一次滿足!
